Our half-day course aims to ensure attendees have a better understanding of the ‘Getting it Right for Every Child’ approach and how it can have a positive impact on outcomes for all children and young people, as well as their families.
This awareness training course is relevant to all those involved or working with children and young people, including those working in adult services with parents or carers. Everyone working or dealing with children, young people and their families would benefit from having an awareness of the GIRFEC approach and how it can have a positive impact on outcomes for all children and young people, as well as their families.
This half-day course is divided into the following sections:

• Reference and resources
The session is followed by a multiple-choice assessment designed to test learners’ understanding of the course. Test results are usually disclosed within two working days after attending the training. Certificate will be issued after successful completion of the training course.
